Top of the line product. House is more quiet. Other contractors were going to get standard windows and no
warranty. Installation was like they weren't even there. I mean removal and replacement was professional and

We had Thermal Windows replace 17 old broken, drafty windows in our 1960 built house. Our sales person Judy was such
a help and suggested 2 large 3 window sets with 2 picture Windows with sliders on the side. Absolutely beautiful.
The rest of the Windows were expertly installed by Kyle and crew who were both professional and pleasant to deal
with. Did them all in 1 day and even cleaned them before they left, WOW.
We had 3 exterior doors replaced plus a Larson storm door. A beautiful sliding door replaced an old set of French
doors. The doors were replaced over 3 days by Lyndel and Mike and man the craftsmanship is unbelievable.
They were both professional and fun to work with. After they were finished you would never have known they were
here if not for the beautifully installed doors. We could not be happier with our "new" house. Only thing to
complain about is its so quiet we can no longer hear the birds outside. Thank you so much Thermal Windows.

I want to tell you how pleased I am with the purchase of (4) windows and (2) storm doors. The quality of the product is
superb. The 1st night after the install, I noticed limited outside noise and my bedroom and living room are cooler in
temperature so my air conditioner is not running constantly. But what I really want to brag on are the two installers
that did the work. Jeremy Thomas and Alejo Alvarado are two fine company professionals that have represented your
company name and reputation well. This is what sets these fine gentlemen in a such an honor:
1) Punctual - in the time they stated they would arrive. In fact they were a few minutes early. I liked that a lot! Shows they were eager to work and get started on the huge task.
2) Informative - informed me of what the plan of install was for the day. I was in the know!
3) Respectful - of me (because I work from home on the phone and computer). Quiet and Focused!
4) Conscientious - of my home (covering up furniture with tarps to keep the dust down and avoid tracking dirt on my floor).
5) Tidy - picked up after themselves. Nails, wood, other windows, etc.
6) Polite - when they arrived I informed them of where everything was and even told them they could use my bathroom. They were so polite to ask permission each time they needed to use the restroom. WOW!
7) Safe - they were safe in their work habits and mindful of each other and also with their equipment. When they would inform me they would be leaving for a lunch break they secured their
power tools and things that would pose a physical threat to others! Another WOW!
8) Window washer - Alejo cleaned my windows so well, at one time I thought the window was not installed yet! I was amazed!
9) Kind - I have a small dog (Maltipoo) named Maybelline. She loved both of them. If a dog welcomes you, because they are a great judge of people, then you know they are great people to have working for you. That is a wonderful character trait to have. Maybe that should be a question to ask when hiring new folks.
10) Mechanical - Jeremy took the time to show me about my windows and how they operated and the special features on my storm doors!
I believe you have two great employees onboard for you. I truly hope you are paying them well, because they deserve it. Valued employees are a blessing and because of those two men, I will tell others about Thermal Windows and give recommendations. I know a lot of people of great influence.

Amazing! With Thermal Windows, the process is great from beginning to end. I worked with Tyler to get an initial quote for
one giant window and then saved money before placing an order. When I contacted Tyler about a year later, he pulled up my
quote and then came back to my house to add one additional window to the order. From there, I ordered the two windows, the
team did the technical measure, and then just this Monday installation happened. Monday was a cold day but with the very
careful prep work my house was open to the elements only for a few moments before the new window was popped into place. The
insulation and sealing on both windows went great and the install team was careful to ensure that the windows looked great
from inside and out and overall my home was left neat and clean. Communication from start to finish was stellar and I have
no complaints at all. I plan to order more windows and I will certainly call Thermal Windows for future projects.

I did not choose Thermal window due to being the cheapest, I chose them because they are locally owned and have their own install crews.
Dave my salesman was very professional and had answers to all my questions. The man that came out to do final measurements was as well very professional and told me what to expect as far as installation.
The install crews, WOW what a great bunch of young men!! Professional and all were very polite and took PRIDE in all aspects of the install. They made sure each day before they left that everything was as they found it.

Our experience with this vendor was excellent. We needed to replace our 10 year-old builder grade windows for efficiency
and appearance reasons. Our salesman was professional and knowledgeable and made the buying decision very easy for us.
We had demos from 4 other vendors where the price ranged from $10K to $60K but Thermal Windows demonstrated a better
product at a reasonable price. Our windows are very large so having them installed in the middle of winter was a
concern for me but Jason and his crew worked quickly and minimized the dust and debris exceptionally well.
I would highly recommend Thermal Windows. The windows look great and we have already noticed how much quieter it is
in the house. We look especially forward to a higher level of efficiency in our heating and air bills.

We did the first part of our house two years ago with Thermal Windows. We just had the rest installed last week early
December 2017 and we just absolutely love them. Beau in the sales office was a great help. The install team that came
out were very polite and answered any questions that I might have. We've already noticed a sound difference (quieter

What did you think of the quality of the products and their installation? - Solid metal construction, good seals,
easy to open. Friendly installers did a fantastic job! This was a new construction custom home, and other contractors
even commented on the great work. In addition to windows, we had 4 exterior doors installed, plus the hardware -- excellent
job making them square and lined up for smooth use. Also, the installers were very neat and didn't leave any trash behind.

We had all the windows in our 27 year old home replaced in April. We did a lot of research prior and decided on Thermal
Windows. Our sales lady, Judy, couldn't have been more helpful and we had tons of questions over a period of time. The
windows have exceeded all of our expectations and the 2 crews who installed them were excellent. They did everything
they could to be as unobtrusive as possible the week they were here and left everything immaculate each day. I can't
say enough about the head of the installers, Joe. He kept us informed on what was to happen each day, the time they

courteous. Big strong John carried those big windows about so easily. Thermal Windows makes a very good product and

I love this company and their products. I built a new home in 2009 and we used their windows for
our new construction project. Everything about these products is stellar. I could literally sit
inside my house during the hottest day of the summer or the coldest day of the winter (remember
the year we hit 17 degrees??) and the windows felt like room temperature inside. No drafts and
no temperature variation inside. We had a couple of issues with the locking mechanisms at the
top, but handling replacements and quick fixes was simple. I just signed up for replacement
windows (shout out to Tyler Neafus for a great sales presentation and immediate response when
I made my decision) for the house I am in now. I'm excited to replace these old, drafty windows
with the quality I know I'll be getting from Thermal Windows. I'm also excited to see how their
sliding glass doors perform. Can't wait!!

Chose Thermal Windows because of recommendation from my father-in-law, a high quality retired builder. He said Thermal Windows
made the best window in America. We got other quotes, but the vinyl frames they were showing us couldn't compare to the
COMMERCIAL GRADE Thermal barrier frames that Thermal makes. I also liked that they had their own professional installers.
I didn't have to get caught in between a manufacturer and an install company if I had a problem. We installed 28 windows
over a period of 7 years, and have never seen higher quality workmanship. My father-in-law was right. My energy bill went
down by half.

I had Thermal Windows, Inc. replace 17 windows in my 1927 midtown craftsman home with their thermally broken aluminum
framed bronze windows. I was expecting a reduction in my utility bills with these energy efficient windows, I didn't
realize that I would also subsequently be reducing the amount of outside noise by such a drastic amount. My home is now
far easier to heat and cool, every room in my home is now comfortable with no drafts. In addition to the savings on my
energy bills and the reduced noise pollution; the curb appeal is drastically improved, it's like a new home.

The service was great. We had an excellent experience with them. They did a fantastic job and
were very professional as well. Everyone from the salesman to the installers did a
great job. The windows that were in the house were a lot thicker than the newer windows and
they do not see that very often so they discussed this before doing the job. They ended up
putting trim around the windows and it looks fantastic. It was just a wonderful experience.
They made one of our windows that was separated into one window and the salesman had a printout
and estimate before he left of the types of windows they would use.
We thought we were going
to use vinyl and then we drove to Tulsa to their showroom and we decided to go with the thermal
aluminum windows instead. The cost was very reasonable.

including hail - not even a dent!

When my house was built, we bought our windows from American Windows. It wasn't long before
they were cloudy between the panes of glass and would not stay open. Learned the hard way
that all windows are not created equal.
After 20 years, we finally were able to replace them. We did our homework. We bought Thermal
Windows about 2 years ago. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. The installers were professional and made
absolutely no mess. They were also installed fast. I have had no trouble with the windows
fogging or sweating. It is wonderful to be able to open my windows easily to let fresh air in.
The double hung windows are also very easy to clean. Highly recommend this company and their
product.

We had windows done in our old house over 10 years ago by Lowe's (Pella windows) and did not like
the way they were installed. Basically they broke the old windows and we were finding broken
glass in the yard for years. We decided to call and see how Thermal Windows installs windows

very impressed with the quality of the windows. We liked that they are made here in Oklahoma
and were surprised how reasonable the prices are and the great warranty.
The installers were very friendly/personable and did a fantastic job. Our installation was
scheduled to be over 2 days, with an ice storm due on the 2nd day. They completed all the
windows on the first day. They did a super job cleaning up. That evening, we could already
tell a difference in the house. We had to turn down the heat and let the fire in the fireplace
die down a bit. It was getting too warm!
