The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job and cleaned up as promised. Very fair price, service and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Perfect from start to finish. It just doesn't get any better than this. No hard sales pitch involved and every question answered in honesty. Very impressed with the company and glad to see that the windows are made in the USA!!!!! Thank you so much for an excellent job. |
by Gloria G. - Pryor, OK I had Thermal Windows Company put windows in my house this summer. The windows are beautiful and the install team was great. I have never seen 3 people work together as a team like they did. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They wasted no time and had old ones out and new ones in in no time. They sealed the windows beautifully and cleaned them all after they installed. They also cleaned debris from old windows as they went, leaving nothing behind for me to do. Very impressed with windows and the install team. My only regret is I didn't buy them lunch before they left. Great Job - Thanks. |
by Mark C. - Broken Arrow, OK We had Thermal Windows put new windows in our entire house. We had 17 windows that qualified for the energy tax credit. This included new wood on the outside of the house and proper re-mortaring around the windows. We placed order and they were installed about 6 weeks later (promised 8-10 weeks). Comments: We went to the Tulsa home show to find someone to put in new energy efficient windows in our home. Our home was built in 1982 and almost all the seals had failed and had fog in between the pains. We had 3 contractors give us bids. We had 17 windows to replace. We chose Thermal Windows because they had the lowest bid, we felt the best product, the sales person was not high sales pressure (one person that bid was 3 times as high and I had to threaten him to get him to leave). She made great suggestions for different windows in our living room, front bedroom and kitchen that we took her on our word and we loved them. She was really pushing their aluminum windows which were slightly more expensive but would not have qualified for the tax credit. We went with the vinyl windows which also have a lifetime limited warranty. For $96 we got coverage on accidental glass breakage on all the windows. The installers were very professional. They felt when they got here that it was a 3 day job but got it done in 2 days working from 9am to 7 pm. They did a great job, great cleanup and very professional installation. The windows are absolutely great and the install team only took 5 hours to do the entire job from prep to clean-up, they were great and very respectful of our house and to us. They went above and beyond on in their service. Will Use Again by D. Land - Tulsa, OK Arrival promptly on promised day. Supervisor explained process and work began right away. Very appreciative of work we did to clear furniture and window coverings out of the way. As one crew removed window, next came behind and installed. Took a very short lunch break and resumed work. Were done by 430pm. Cleaned up everything, vacuumed. Explained how windows worked and were very professional and courteous. Will use again. by Barbara K. - Tulsa, OK We had 7 windows replaced last year and then a few weeks ago had the rest of our windows (6 more) and a sliding glass door installed. We had double hung, low e, argon gas filled windows installed. We replaced a French door with a sliding glass door. After having two French door frames rot, we decided to put in a sliding glass door with a metal frame that cannot rot. We were very happy with the first install... we just couldn't afford to do all of our windows at one time. The crew arrived on time for both installs, they covered everything in drop cloths so that the carpet and furniture wouldn't get dirty, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We have been very happy with Thermal Windows and would recommend them to anyone considering putting in new windows or doors. Thermal Windows is the best by far! by okiedoke I just had new Thermal Windows installed, they are amazing! The windows are top quality, the installation crew did a great job, they fit perfectly and the crew was fast, clean, and very courteous. I would highly recommend getting an estimate from Thermal Windows before using any other company, their bid was lower and my money stayed in Oklahoma. I will be a Thermal Windows customer for life and will tell all of my friends and family if they go anywhere else they are making a mistake. Thermal Windows Inc. They were fast, efficient, polite, did a great cleanup, and the windows look great. All caulking looks great and I'm extremely happy. Since we placed the order we've been hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences with other companies....so if you need new windows I wouldn't even consider anybody other than Thermal Windows Inc. From our initial walk into their showroom where they gave us an excellent demonstration to the thoroughness of the sales rep, and now the fantastic job by the installers it's been a great experience. by Beverly H. - Tulsa, OK Replaced six large single-pane windows original to the house (1976 construction) with double-hung, double pane, energy efficient windows. Comments: From our initial talk with the salesperson at the local manufacturer's facility, through the measuring and newly required testing for lead in our home's construction, and the scheduling for installation, everything was handled professionally and on time. The installers lived up to the receptionist's assurance that they would be "clean and quiet". They worked efficiently, cleaning as they went. They repeatedly invited my inspection of their work. Before leaving they replaced curtain rods and rehung three sets of blinds. Our temperatures are currently in the 90's outside, but inside we are comfortable even in front of the large west-facing windows. After getting 3 bids on our window replacements last year, they came in with the best price, and best product. The men who came to install the corner window in the kitchen plus 4 more windows in bedrooms worked quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up the mess better than I expected. Get a quote from Thermal Windows before deciding on any window replacement! Total window replacement for residence by Alfred C. - Tulsa, OK All personel were professional, courteous and completed the job in a workman like manner. An exceptional job was done with 3 section bay window. I chose bronze aluminum finish and requested bay window trim to be completely completely boxed in like material. Results were top level all around. by Jean A. - Tulsa, OK Removed old, cloudy, 8-foot sliding glass door from 1960s era house and replaced it with energy efficient sliding glass door. New door has more security features, can be locked from outside, and is much easier to slide along the track than the old one was. We contacted Thermal Windows based on Angie's List, recommendations from other customers, and ads on TV. Their sales reps, customer service reps who came to the house to take measurements and otherwise assess the old door for replacement, and the installers were knowledgeable, communicated well, were punctual, and courteous. We are very happy with our replacement door and would definitely use this company again. Replacement windows by KW0778 I got new windows from these guys and they were great from the word go! Thermal Windows was my second quote. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, no hard sell. We took a variety of color options outside to see what matched the style and color of my home before working out the rest of the details. All of the options were presented and did not feel pressured to get more than I was comfortable with. The quote and variety of options sealed the deal for me. The crew was very pleasant and professional. While 2 men worked taking out the windows, the other 2 followed installing the new ones. Clean up took place as they moved from one to the next. Following installation, I was instructed on the windows' operation, and showed how to change the stops from the originals to the longer ones I had requested. I received a follow-up call from their supervisor a few days later to confirm the work was completed to my satisfaction. by Ann O. - Broken Arrow, OK I purchased three replacement windows and had them installed. (I had previously had Thermal Windows replace the rest of my windows). I got quotes from four companies and was impressed with Thermal Windows immediately. No hard sell, not confusing presentation with numerous choices. The representative just set down two window segments, one vinyl, one metal and said "we make the best window we can of each type". No confusion, just upfront. The whole process was well organized. First the inspector came out and measured all the windows. Then the installer came out and did the installation. The final procedure was the follow-up, which was done by the foreman.
