These large and small companies supply products for both residential and commercial buildings.

FGIA offers a searchable Certified Products Directory to locate manufacturers that are a part of AAMA's prestigious Certification Program.

The AIA (American Institute of Architects) Continuing Education mission is to support members in mastering new knowledge and skills in order to meet the changing requirements of the profession and to responsibly meet the role society entrusts to architects. CES supports its continuing education mission through a network of AIA/CES Approved Providers, with the goal of providing quality education courses for architects.

The EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) - Common renovation activities like sanding, cutting, and demolition can create hazardous lead dust and chips by disturbing lead-based paint, which can be harmful to adults and children. To protect against this risk, on April 22, 2008, EPA issued the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. It requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes, child care facilities and schools be certified by EPA and that they use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers to follow lead-safe work practices.

Their goal is to provide fair, accurate, and reliable energy performance ratings.
