They replaced 2 sliding glass patio doors and 5 large plate glass windows. Thermal Windows installed new windows throughout my house. They also installed a new front door and front storm door.
Thermal Windows was excellent to work with. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and they were quick to accommodate. Their price was a little higher than some of the other windows I priced.
However, I consider their product superior to the other windows I checked out and I was willing to pay the higher cost for better quality. Most of the other windows I priced were vinyl and I did not want a vinyl window.
I really appreciate the no pressure sales. They came to my house, gave me a bid (without telling me I had just a few days to make up my mind before the price would go up) and left me alone to make the decision.
All the installers were cordial and they did an excellent job. The installers worked with me on times that would accommodate my schedule and their schedule.
Thermal Windows will ask for a name of someone who referred you and I just happen to have a friend that used them and really liked the product. They rewarded the person that referred me. I appreciate that they understand that word of mouth is the best service a customer can give back to them.

I have used Thermal Windows, Inc. in my home and now in my rental unit and am extremely
pleased with the results. They have not only greatly improved the look of my home and
condo, but they lowered the utility bills considerably. They also made my home very
quiet even though my home backs up to a busy street. The installation was top notch
and both times the installers were very detail oriented. They showed up on time,
worked very hard, were very nice, and not only cleaned up at the end of the day,
they cleaned up as they went so there was no mess made! It is very rare to find a

They installed new windows throughout our entire house.
Initially, we saw them at the home show and were able to see samples of the windows. We chose them based on their good quality and their representation. They were able to complete the work in about eight hours and they cleaned up well after finishing. They did a good job. Our experience was just fine.

Wow what a difference! The new windows were a great investment. I lease this home out and the tenants were ecstatic.
The windows were installed in November. The old windows were the original single pane metal framed windows. The new
windows kept the house much warmer and the noise level dropped dramatically. The installers were willing to stay late
and finish the job and the tenants allowed the installers to stay till 9:30 pm. The installers are very professional
and knew what they were doing. They did a very good job considering the house had brick siding and some of the old
windows were very difficult to take out. I checked the house in the morning and found a few minor issues. Thermal
Windows was out the next day and had them taken care of immediately. The minor issues were some broken glass from the
old windows got left behind, which was acceptable since the fragments would have been invisible at night. The other
issue was a missing latch. Both issues were taken care of immediately. We were so impressed we have about $6000 of
windows purchased for another home we own. I plan to use Thermal Windows exclusively. We had some very high end glass
companies come out and the same windows would cost double the price with fiberglass frames. We were not impressed with
vinyl at all since the same structural integrity as aluminum would have meant a frame twice as thick. The rep from one
of the high end companies was adamant we not use aluminum frames and gave a bunch of reasons why. None of his reasons
were valid. Thermal Windows' aluminum frames did not transfer the cold air from the outside into the house and they
did an excellent job at eliminating noise and are great at insulating the home in the cold (the windows are low E but
since it's summer can't comment on heat transfer, but low E glass is low E glass).
One last consideration to think of before you consider vinyl frames; ask yourself why modern skyscrapers do NOT use
vinyl frames in their windows? Still not convinced, next time you visit a strip mall with large glass windows that
have to withstand 90 mph winds, what type of frames are the windows in? If you answered aluminum you were right.
If you want windows that will last you need a strong frame.

We got quotes from 3 different providers... All of the estimates were comparable. We chose Thermal Windows, Inc. because
the windows were made in Oklahoma, they provided a detailed breakdown of cost per window, and because they also
provided an optional warranty for glass breakage.
We were told our windows would be made to order and we could expect them to be completed in 10 to 12 weeks. We got a
letter about 8 weeks after we signed the contract letting us know the installers would be receiving the windows within
the next couple of weeks. The letter detailed useful information about how long the installation would take, as well
as other practical advice to get ready for the day of installation.
The workers arrived around 10 am and worked throughout the day. We had a lot of windows, so it took them a full day
and a couple hours the following day to complete the job. Our old windows were original builder windows from the 1980s,
and they were difficult to remove. The installers worked cheerfully and never complained about the additional work
involved.
Our installers cleaned up every bit of dust and glass, and cleaned the windows as well. Each is well sealed and caulked.
We could not be more pleased with our new windows! They are beautiful, and already we are noticing the air conditioner
is not working as hard as it used to, and the rooms are cooler.
We would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. Their prices are competitive with other companies,
and their professionalism and workmanship is first rate.

Replaced eight 40 year old windows with new Thermal Windows
Rep for Thermal Windows came out promptly to our older home in Choctaw to give us an estimate for replacing eight 40 year old windows. This company gave us a well written estimate and very informative brochure of their product line. After getting estimates from two other well-known companies we decided that Thermal Windows was the company we wanted to do business with. Their windows are made in Oklahoma and they required only a small deposit before the windows were to be installed. It was also reassuring that Thermal Windows had a very good recommendation from Angies List. The windows were ready for installation before they had been estimated to be. The installers were prompt, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The windows looked very nice after being replaced. We can definitely notice reduced noise from outside and better indoor temperature stability. They are easy to open and close and an added benefit is that the bottom section tilts in to clean the outside of the windows. One of the windows had an interior grid that had a cosmetic flaw but the company came out and fixed it and now it looks perfect. Only glitch was the time it took to get the grid replaced in the one window and the repeated communications that took place just to submit information about the problem with the window grid.

Wow! Just got the whole house done by Thermal Windows here in Tulsa. The crew was out at 8:30am and done by 3pm. Very Impressive Workmanship. Since we placed the order we've been hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences with other companies... so if you need new windows I wouldn't even consider anybody other than Thermal Windows Inc. We built a new home 6 years ago and chose Thermal Windows for all our doors and windows. The last year we had three windows that began to sweat between the panes. We didn't even think of calling Thermal Windows for some time. We did finally think maybe they could give us some advise so we called them. Within a few weeks they sent out new window replacements. The workmen had driven almost across the state to bring our windows and then worked in a 30 mph wind while replacing them. They were friendly quick and didn't leave any mess. Can't say thanks enough!!
I fully expected to get a lot of excuses of why it wasn't their fault. But there was none of that. They really stood behind their product. There was a small replacement fee and reasonable mileage fee. I am more than pleased with the result. If we ever need windows again they will be from Thermal Windows.

I absolutely LOVE my new Thermal Windows! The 3-person team did an incredible job. If I had even an inkling of a doubt about my decision to choose this company, there was no doubt whatsoever after the first half hour. Honestly! And thankfully for this team's sake, the weather could not have been more perfect! I can't keep from walking out to my garage to look out my new picture window in there. (I can see my Japanese maple, and beyond that, my sweet neighbor's beautiful front yard!) My bedroom faces south, and by this time of day, and especially by the time I would normally be arriving home from work, that room is several degrees warmer than the rest of my house even with blinds closed. Well, my windows were just installed so of course I haven't put the blinds back up yet. But the temperature in that room is still the same as the rest of my house, even though the sun has shone through and nothing but my new windows are there. Love, love, love it! We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of doing business with Thermal Windows. Our sales person was very knowledgeable of the company's products so made excellent suggestions for replacement of our windows and doors. Installation took one week and was done during the first extremely hot week of the summer in Tulsa. Nevertheless, the installation crew did their best to ensure windows/doors were replaced quickly to avoid heat build up in the house. The installation crew was totally professional, kept us informed day by day of work planned for the day. They were very careful to avoid damage while working both inside and outside the house. Clean-up was thorough at the end of each workday.
I will repeat again, we are absolutely thrilled with our Thermal Windows and also with the company and its employees. Our house is seriously well insulated so it is doubtful we experience much savings in heating/air conditiong costs. The one major benefit we noticed immediately after installation was reduction of noise infiltration from outside.

I bought windows for my 1st house over 7 years ago from Thermal Windows, Inc., and they did an amazing job. I am very detail oriented and I could not find one thing to complain about, on the contrary they were fast, courteous, and very good! I just bought a new house a little less than a year ago and have just purchased windows to go in this home as well. After we accepted an offer on our 1st house we noticed that the big circle top window had a small hole in it from a rock hitting it. I called Thermal Windows, Inc, and expected to pay a lot of $ to fix it so that I could close on the house, but they said I am covered even from accidents on broken glass! They came out 2 days later with new glass and installed it in less than an hour. When they left it looked as if no one had been there, and I was able to sell the house without any delay! I have already recommended Thermal Windows to all of my family and any of my friends that are thinking about replacing them.

The windows that were in the house were a lot thicker than the newer windows and they do not see that very often so they discussed this before doing the job. They ended up putting trim around the windows and it looks fantastic. It was just a wonderful experience. They made one of our windows that was separated into one window and the salesman had a printout and estimate before he left of the types of windows they would use. We thought we were going to use vinyl and then we drove to Tulsa to their showroom and we decided to go with the thermal aluminum windows instead. The cost was very reasonable.

Exceptional home improvement investment
I had Thermal Windows installed in my bedroom over 3 years ago. My initial reason for doing so was to cut down on road noise from a nearby busy street. The new Thermal Windows certainly did that and more! The temperature does not fluctuate due to extreme cold or heat as it once did; condensation is no longer a problem; and with the "tilt in" lower pane, cleaning is a breeze! The amount invested was good too: much lower cost then I thought it would be. And the installers did such a good job with cleanup and installing, I could hardly tell they'd been there!...

When it comes to windows and doors you cannot find a better company. I had several other companies come out, but Thermal was the only one that cared about me and my home more than their pocket book. The lady that sold me my windows showed up on time, was honest, friendly, very professional and explained everything about the 2 windows they made in great detail with absolutely no pressure. It felt like I was just sitting down with a good friend. Much different than the other companies. I thought I wanted and was ready to buy vinyl frames, but until she explained the problems with vinyl windows as they age I had no idea I was about to buy a window I would have to replace every 10-15 year or so. I settled on their better thermal barrier frames and have never regretted it. In fact, I have had my windows now for 10 years, and they still look great and are performing great. My friends that live 3 doors down from me purchased vinyl frames about the same time I did and are having their windows replaced again this summer.
Thank you Thermal for being honest about what you sell. I never heard from any of the other companies that only had vinyl windows tell me the limitations on vinyl frames. The sales lady also made several suggestions on changing from my many twinned double windows to sliders to save me money. Imagine that, a salesman that is more concerned about my pocket book than the amount of commission they make! Because of those suggestions, I went from 28 windows to just 17. She saved me thousands of dollars! Also, none of the other companies I quoted made this suggestion. I really was on a tight budget and she saved me so much money I even got my back door and storm door replaced!
I also liked the fact that Thermal did not care if me and my husband would be home at the time of the estimate. So many of the high pressure companies we got quotes from insisted that we both be there. The order took longer than I expected, (but I guess I didn't know what to expect). They set up an appointment to do the final measurements and he showed up on time. They called me to schedule the install date about 3 weeks in advance and the installers were there on time. The install crew did a great job, were friendly, worked very hard, and all of my floor and furniture was covered with tarps for protection.
My husband still talks about the quality of the install and the caulk job they did. I had absolutely no mess, and nothing was left anywhere outside. We could have not been more pleased!

Needed 10 new windows for a drafty 1984 built home. 10 windows, 2 of which are huge. The neighbor had Thermal Windows
put in and after inspecting them firsthand I knew that was the company to go with. Called to make an appointment for
an estimate and Ben one of the sales people, called and scheduled one promptly. I was impressed on the day of the
appointment that he called and said he was running a few minutes behind but in reality he wasn't. Professionalism
right off the start. He went through every small detail, explained our options and drafted up an estimate that we
eventually accepted. (Two other window places didn't even bother to return my phone calls.)
On the day of the install, we were told that the crews would show up at 9am. They were in my driveway, unloading their
equipment at 8:55am. I was stunned. A company actually living up to their word? Spoken no less. Two man crew, Jesse
and Jimmy went right to work, going through and marking which windows needed to go where and laying out tarps and
covers to make sure that nothing inside the house would get damaged. By lunchtime they had the 4 upstairs windows in
and by 5:00pm the bottom 4 windows were in. There was a small issue with a wrong sized window and that was completed
on 6/07/2011. Each step of the way I was kept appraised of the situation. Jesse and Jimmy made sure the install looked
like the windows were there from the day the house was built - including replacing a few rotted trim boards on the
outside. Again, I was shocked at the level of professionalism shown - most other contractors would have simply tacked
the old boards backed up and called it a day. They cleaned up their mess and when they left, you couldn't tell someone
had been there to work.
These windows are well worth every penny. The noise level heard from outside has dropped considerably. I can no longer
hear the pool pump or the a/c compressor right below my bedroom window. The amount of heat allowed in on the hottest
and sunniest of days has been cut tremendously, the a/c does not have to labor as hard to keep the house cool. Two of
our largest windows we went with sliding casements and they look beautiful. All of the windows look wonderful with
their powder-coated bronze finish and the Titanium Low-E glass.
Thermal Windows is the epitome of true first-class customer service. In today's society were customer service seems to
be more of a catch phrase then an actual action, Thermal Windows stands above all the rest. They do what they say and
mean what the say. They keep you in the loop every step of the way. From the estimate, to the ordering, to the install.
I cannot praise them enough, I am just pleased that a large purchase like this went as smooth as it did. I will be doing
business with them again.
The majority of companies out there - small as well as large could really learn a lesson from Thermal Windows on how it
is supposed to be done. Thermal Windows does it the right way.

Thermal windows were installed for increased energy efficiency and noise reduction. Old windows were removed and thermal windows were installed in both bedrooms.

Thermal Windows is the best by far!
I just had new Thermal Windows installed, they are amazing! The windows are top quality, the installation crew did a great job, they fit perfectly and the crew was fast, clean, and very courteous. I would highly recommend getting an estimate from Thermal Windows before using any other company, their bid was lower and my money stayed in Oklahoma. I will be a Thermal Windows customer for life and will tell all of my friends and family if they go anywhere else they are making a mistake.

Over a year after installation, even happier now
I've had my Thermal Windows for over a year, and the promises they made about my bills being much lower have come true. I've been more than happy with the quality and workmanship, the installation made them fit perfectly, and they look great! I would put them in the top 1% of companies that I've ever done business with, and I'm a tough customer so that says a lot. You can take your high expectations to Thermal Windows and they will not let you down. Give them a call before going with another company, the price may surprise you and your money stays local rather than shipped to a national headquarters out of state.

Thermal Windows removed old painted shut windows and installed new double hung windows in my kitchen and bedroom. The windows look great and the install job was done very efficiently and professionally (even though my house tested positive for lead paint). I was concerned that the original moulding around my windows might be damaged during the install but all looked perfect when they left. I would definitely use them again. We had Thermal Windows put new windows in our entire house. We had 17 windows that qualified for the energy tax credit. This included new wood on the outside of the house and proper re-mortaring around the windows. We placed order and they were installed about 6 weeks later (promised 8-10 weeks).
Comments: We went to the Tulsa home show to find someone to put in new energy efficient windows in our home. Our home was built in 1982 and almost all the seals had failed and had fog in between the pains. We had 3 contractors give us bids. We had 17 windows to replace. We chose Thermal Windows because they had the lowest bid, we felt the best product, the sales person was not high sales pressure (one person that bid was 3 times as high and I had to threaten him to get him to leave). She made great suggestions for different windows in our living room, front bedroom and kitchen that we took her on our word and we loved them. She was really pushing their aluminum windows which were slightly more expensive but would not have qualified for the tax credit. We went with the vinyl windows which also have a lifetime limited warranty. For $96 we got coverage on accidental glass breakage on all the windows. The installers were very professional. They felt when they got here that it was a 3 day job but got it done in 2 days working from 9am to 7 pm. They did a great job, great cleanup and very professional installation.

Arrival promptly on promised day. Supervisor explained process and work began right away. Very appreciative of work we did to clear furniture and window coverings out of the way. We had 7 windows replaced last year and then a few weeks ago had the rest of our windows (6 more) and a sliding glass door installed. We had double hung, low e, argon gas filled windows installed. We replaced a French door with a sliding glass door. After having two French door frames rot, we decided to put in a sliding glass door with a metal frame that cannot rot.
We were very happy with the first install... we just couldn't afford to do all of our windows at one time. The crew arrived on time for both installs, they covered everything in drop cloths so that the carpet and furniture wouldn't get dirty, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We have been very happy with Thermal Windows and would recommend them to anyone considering putting in new windows or doors.

Comments: From our initial talk with the salesperson at the local manufacturer's facility, through the measuring and newly required testing for lead in our home's construction, and the scheduling for installation, everything was handled professionally and on time. The installers lived up to the receptionist's assurance that they would be "clean and quiet". They worked efficiently, cleaning as they went. They repeatedly invited my inspection of their work. Before leaving they replaced curtain rods and rehung three sets of blinds. Our temperatures are currently in the 90's outside, but inside we are comfortable even in front of the large west-facing windows.

Removed old, cloudy, 8-foot sliding glass door from 1960s era house and replaced it with energy efficient sliding glass door.
New door has more security features, can be locked from outside, and is much easier to slide along the track than the old one was. We contacted Thermal Windows based on Angie's List, recommendations from other customers, and ads on TV. Their sales reps, customer service reps who came to the house to take measurements and otherwise assess the old door for replacement, and the installers were knowledgeable, communicated well, were punctual, and courteous. We are very happy with our replacement door and would definitely use this company again.

I had 11 windows replaced. Thermal Windows was my second quote. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, no hard sell. We took a variety of color options outside to see what matched the style and color of my home before working out the rest of the details. All of the

While 2 men worked taking out the windows, the other 2 followed installing the new ones. Clean up took place as they moved from one to the next.
